Keto Egg Muffins
These grab-and-go egg muffins are packed with protein and flavor. Perfect for busy mornings or meal prepping ahead of time.
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl, then stir in cheese, veggies, bacon, and seasonings.
- Pour mixture evenly into muffin cups (about 3/4 full).
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until eggs are set and lightly golden.
- Cool slightly before removing. Store in the fridge up to 5 days.
