Garlic Butter Salmon
This tender, flaky salmon is pan-seared and finished with a rich garlic butter sauce. Quick, keto-friendly, and perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each, skin on or off)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley or dill, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Flip the fillets and cook another 3–4 minutes, depending on thickness.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the skillet, stirring until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Spoon the garlic butter over the salmon and finish with lemon juice.
- Remove from heat. Garnish with parsley or dill, and serve with lemon wedges.
