Chocolate Peanut Fat Bombs

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp powdered erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl or small saucepan, melt peanut butter and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Whisk in cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt until fully combined.
- Pour mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin liners.
- Freeze for 30 minutes, or until solid.
- Pop out of molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer or fridge.
