Keto Egg Muffins

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon (crumbled)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Whisk eggs in a bowl, then stir in cheese, veggies, bacon, and seasonings.
  3. Pour mixture evenly into muffin cups (about 3/4 full).
  4. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until eggs are set and lightly golden.
  5. Cool slightly before removing. Store in the fridge up to 5 days.
